THE EXPANSION
If
you are coming back to our site for the first time since
the 2009 football season, you may be a bit confused. So
you typed "Centexfootball.com" in your browser and now
here you are at SuperCentex.com. It's not an technical
glitch, folks. It's the successful expansion of the new
Super Centex Sports Network built for the fans, by the
fans.
In February
2010, we launched SuperCentex.com and the Super Centex
Sports Network, the new online home for Central Texas
Sports coverage. And to say the least, the new network
and web site have caught on like wild fire. This year we
have already covered and broadcasted local basketball,
baseball and softball events, and we have welcomed as
many as 7,000 listeners to some of those broadcasts.
2010 SUPER CENTEX HS FOOTBALL
Even though we aren't just football any more, we are
certainly fired up for this season and considering
what we have on tap for our loyal members... you
should be as well!
Week Zero is here and
SuperCentex.com
and it's loyal member base of 15,000 have done it
again. Our first 2010 football edition of "The Zone"
received over 4,000 hits in just 3 weeks. Thanks to
all the fans who enjoyed our first football show of
2010 and thanks for all the emails, text messages
and bulletin post about how great the show was.
This week's show will be very special as well. We
will continue to have big time guests on future
shows and our new segment "Spanning The Zone" will
cover each Super Centex Area game with our experts
picks and predictions. If
you haven't heard the newest show, you can

ZONE" NOW!
SUPERCENTEX.COM PARTNERS
For the 2010 football
season, we have established new partnerships
and rekindled existing relationships to bring you
the most extensive coverage of Central Texas high
school football anywhere.
The
relationships we have built throughout the years
continue to grow with players, coaches, fans and
other media. Fly by night operations approach us
all the time and we are quick to turn down those
partnership opportunities. So when you see a new
partner posted on the site, you can rest assured
they are worthy of visiting and supporting because
we will only team up with entities that have great
reputations and who share the same values as we do.
K-MAC Sports (kmacsports.com)
Over
the past year, Chuck Licata and Kevin McAdams have
acted as broadcasting
mentors to us. They are the #1 internet
broadcasting company in the state and have taught us
a lot. Together, we are taking over the Austin-Waco
corridor and in the near future
we hope every
high
school football team from Hillsboro-Austin
will be broadcasted on our sites. The #1 reason to
put teams on the air is to give the athletes,
schools and coaches the recognition they deserve.
No matter if your a 1A or a 5A, K-MAC and
Supercentex.com believe these local athletic
programs work as hard as every other team out there
and deserve the same respect and recognition as the
schools in bigger markets.

1660
ESPN Radio (1660espn.com)
For
the 2010 football season, we are excited to be
working with Waco's own 1660 ESPN Radio for the
first time in a permanent capacity. David Smoak and
Paul Catalina have been there when we need them. We
have shared many new ideas about how to cover high
school sports in this area. I don't need to tell you
anything about 1660 because their reputation for
sports coverage in the Central Texas area speaks for
itself. Soon we will release all the top secret
ideas we have been working on with 1660 ESPN Radio,
and you are sure to be blown away. We will stream
their China Spring and Robinson games right here on
SuperCentex.com.
RedCTV Online Television
Network (redc2.com)
SuperCentex.com
Online Television? It's happening! A ground breaking
development is underway that will bring our great
audio shows to life in the form of online
television. Soon SuperCentex.com will have it's own
"channel" on RedC2.com, an immensely popular local
online broadcasting company. We have chosen our most
popular broadcaster, Remo to be the subject of our
first online television venture. Once an audio
documentary series, "Remo On The Road" will now be
converted into our very first online television
series. Remo and RedCTV will produce our first video
shooting next week with a story all of you will love
and laugh at. As you may have seen, other local
sports web sites have tried their hand at video
coverage and have failed. We have been around long
enough to know if you're going to do something, it
needs to be done right. RedCTV's Chris Cox has years
of television production experience. We will
leverage that knowledge to create online sports
television programming at a quality that has never
been seen in the Central Texas market. Many more
video features are coming soon.
Jerry's Football Ratings (pigskinprep.com)
Jerry
Forrest of PigskinPrep.com provided most of the
statistics and ratings for Dave Campbell's football
magazine and we are proud to announce that he will
be doing the same for us this year. Jerry provides
the most intensive statistical data and rankings on
the web or otherwise regarding Texas high school
football and we are elated to have him aboard again
this year.
OUR FANS AND MEMBERS -
THE SUPERCENTEX.COM ONLINE COMMUNITY
The fans of Supercentex.com are the best. I would
take our members to battle against anyone else. In
the last month, we have had 349 new members sign up
for the bulletin boards and I would like to welcome
all of them to our family. Supercentex.com is not
only a place you can come to get everything the
high
school sports fan needs, its a family of long
time members who welcome newbies. So many different
people come to the site every day and no matter what
school you represent, our old timers always welcome
you with open arms.
THE SUPERCENTEX.COM STAFF
As the owners of this new online network (Dustin
Hick and Henry Witt, III) we can't tell you how
proud we are of our staff, not only for working so
hard to get ready for football, but also for playing
an integral part in our accomplishments this
year. We feel that this group of intelligent,
passionate, hardworking group of guys and gals not
only have the "know how" but also have the
creativity to come up with so many great ideas. They
are the most important component in our efforts to
continue the expansion of our network. We have
accomplished many goals that we never believed were
possible. And as we set new and more lofty goals,
our staff will spearhead the charge toward
them. Breaking ground has always been what we love
to do. With our current staff innovation is more
possible now than ever before in our web site's 13
year existence.
This is
also the first year we have had a full time sales
staff. Farrah Kwasnica, April Strunck and Becca
Frazier have been pounding the pavement making sure
all our projects are funded. It's a load of our
minds because to have such a capable sales crew in
place. All three have sales experience and a love
sports. They have found a dream job here with us
since they have combined the two, and have given
local businesses exposure they cannot get anywhere
else.
MOVING FORWARD
We are way
ahead of schedule with our coverage for football. It is
going to be a great year for Supercentex.com and we will
trump last year because we are more than just a
website... we are the #1 source for high school sports
in the area.
Can't wait
for kickoff, good luck to all the area teams in 2010.
